HOW LIFESTYLE EFFECTS RESULTS

“Lifestyle” means the general day-to-day way you live your life. What time do you get up? When do you go to bed? Do you get enough sleep? Do you drink alcohol, caffeine, sugary drinks? What foods do you eat? Do you eat junk food? If so, how often. Are you staying hydrated? Do you drink enough pure water throughout your days? All these things are part of the success code. Let’s dive just a little bit deeper here quickly to make a few quick points…

To build muscle as fast as possible requires that you get plenty of meaningful sleep and rest. You need a good 7 or 8 hours of sound sleep every night, and to rest throughout the day when not working out too, because it is when you are resting that you actually grow, so you need to get plenty of “down time” in the forms of sound sleep and rest to make muscle gains.

You must also eat clean and healthy, and in ample amounts… plus you must avoid those things that will thwart success, some of which are listed below.

For example, drinking alcohol and caffeinated beverages will slow or altogether halt muscle building by interrupting the healthy functioning of the body’s individual cells… including your muscle cells, and they can further dehydrate them which slows and / or also halts their functioning and growth. If you want to grow muscle as fast as you can you MUST avoid alcohol and caffeine.

You must also remember to stay hydrated. To do that you must consume fresh water all throughout the day. This doesn’t mean you have to pound down water bottle after water bottle of H2O. What it does mean is you need to be sipping a little fresh clean water all through the day.. every day… and the exact amount needed depends on your activity level, genetics, the weather (whether it’s hot or cold), and other factors.

Just keep sipping a little clear fresh water throughout the day and you should be fine. It would be better to err on the side of drinking a little too much water rather than not enough…replace all the sodas, coffee, Kool-Aid, alcohol and whatnot from your diet, you should replace these with pure, clean, sparkling drinking water instead… do this and you’ll be good to go!
